Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the vita3k platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX and e-wallets such as Boost. Users are responsible for ensuring they use a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy displayed in your account. vita3k reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure account security. All withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal processing times are typically within one business day, subject to required verification.
Transaction Errors
In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect credit or debit to your account, vita3k reserves the right to correct such errors at any time, even if the affected funds have already been used. Users agree to cooperate fully in the correction process.
